A new event planned for League of Legends fans

Riot Games is starting a month-long event dedicated to the anime series. It will provide a variety of activities both online and offline.

Named RiotX Arcane, this event, or rather the marathon, will run for one month to mark the release of the Arcane series on Netflix. The anime Arcane is set to debut on November 6. The storyline will focus on the rivalry between the affluent city of Piltover and the dark, impoverished, and perilous city of Zaun.

Main characters such as Jinx, Heimerdinger, Caitlyn, and others will take center stage in the series. The creators caution that these characters will have their own ethical principles, ambitions, and personalities that may differ from the typical portrayal in LoL.

Another significant event is the League of Legends World Championship Finals kicking off on November 6. The finals will be accompanied by an opening ceremony featuring performances by various artists, including Imagine Dragons and PVRIS, leading the audience on a figurative journey through Piltover and Zaun. The series will commence at 7:30 pm CT. You can view the premiere on Netflix or Twitch — multiple partnered streamers, alongside Riot Games' official channel, will stream the initial episode.

On the whole, Arcane will consist of 3 Acts, each having three episodes. Additionally, LoL will introduce new skins inspired by the show. Moreover, a new mode called Wild Rift will be introduced, offering daily rewards and a more immersive experience in the show's universe.

This spectacular event starts this week, on November 6. If you are unable to access Netflix/Twitch, you can also log in at Arcane.com to watch it there.
